Keeping in mind "Human Resource is the Key", HR Department endeavour to contribute to organisational excellence through focus on learning, quality, team work and outcome i.e. the results that enrich the organisation's value to customers, Investors and employees.

In our specific HR practice, We make efforts for (a) Building trust and instilling loyalty, (b) Coaching for results, and (c) Using influence, not power. It is the line to create a company culture where the best employees want to work, a culture in which people are treated with respect and consideration at all the times.

Female Employees

In order to provide an opportunity to women to work in an industry and as well as strengthen our workforce we have inducted 300 females employees and this number is likely to increase.

Training And Development
  • To enhance devotion at workplace and also inculcate good thinking and feeling among the employees which result in peace, harmony and efficient work.
  • To retrain workmen on the various aspect of their working life for enhancing their knowledge and modifying their attitude as per the requirement of the organization, Refresher Training Course is conducted periodically.
  • Developing employees skills through continues training programmes of class room training & on the job training.
  • Need based training is being imparted by internal faculties as well as out side faculties.
  • Executive Development Programmes are organised regularly.
  • Computer Awareness Programmes for the new developments in the work related areas are being conducted for staff members from time to time.
  • Production employees are working on Roller Skates for reducing fatigue and enjoy with work as well as improving efficiency.

  • "APANA BAZAR" Shopping Complex: for providing facility for meeting the daily needs of the residents of housing colony.
  • "SATKAR" Canteen: is where entire STI family gathers for lunch. It shows the cohesive sprit of group where it's really a very heartening to see the Chairman and entire work force together at the same table.
  • "SADBHAV" Recreational Centre: A modern recreation centre - Personifying the single minded pursuit of the group to focus on overall growth a well equipped Labour Welfare Centre which caters to various needs of employee and serves as a recreational centre and library.
  • Recreational Activities: Regular periodic recreational activities and tournaments like Cricket, Volleyball, Football, Chess, Carrom, Table Tennis, Badminton, Body building, etc are organised throughout the year.
    Our Cricket, Volleyball teams and athletes participate in various Corporate/Industry lavel tournaments.
  • Celebrations: such as Picnic, New Year Eve, Holi, Laxmi pooja (Diwali), Navratra Festival (Garba Utsav), Ganesh Utsav, etc are organised for and by employees during a year.
  • Preventive Health Care: Well qualified and experienced Doctors (a General Physician and a Gynecologist) take care of the health of our employees.
    Well experienced Compounder is also available around the clock in our full fledged well equipped dispensary.
  • Housing Complex: Situated amid the exotic grandeur of lush green landscapes and beautiful gardens, most modern and well maintained housing complex consisting of separate multi-storey buildings for bachelor and family accommodations.
  • Post Office: A full-fledged Post Office is situated in the Housing Complex.
  • ATM: Axis Bank ATM is situated in our premises adjacent to main gate of the factory.
  • Saving Banks: Wages of all the workers are paid through their saving banks accounts with ATM card facility held with State Bank of India.
